- Other cities in Pakistan: 3-5 working days
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee on all orders within Pakistan.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer returns, but exchanges are possible under certain conditions.
What items are eligible for exchange?
You can request an exchange if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The size does not fit.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.

- Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
- If approved, we will issue a coupon code for you to place an exchange order.
What is the exchange process?
- The exchange delivery fee is Rs. 400.
- Our rider will pick up the item from your doorstep and deliver the replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
